Care Credit, a division of JUNO24 is a business in the financial services industry that offers payday loans.
2. Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, loan requests will be processed within 3 days, and loan approval will be confirmed by way of a loan agreement document. This process may involve the use of courier and/or postal services, with associated costs applicable as outlined in the loan agreement.

4. Returns and Refunds Policy
The provision of loans and related services by Care Credit, a division of JUNO24 is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Care Credit, a division of JUNO24 will notify the client and assist in exploring alternative loan options or rescheduling the application process. Cancellation of loan applications by the client will attract a 10% administration fee (details of the policy regarding damaged loan documents or disputes can be provided upon request; all loan agreements are subject to the terms and conditions with no additional warranties beyond those stated).

Card transactions will be acquired for Care Credit, a division of JUNO24 via Payfast by Network who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payfast by Network uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. 8. Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Care Credit, a division of JUNO24 separately from card details which are entered by the client on Payfast by Network’s secure site. For more details on Payfast by Network refer to www.payfast.io.
9. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
Care Credit, a division of JUNO24 takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of Domicile

15. Payment and Dispute Management
15.1 Unpaid Handling Process: In the event of insufficient funds in a client’s account on the scheduled debit order date, Care Credit will utilize a tracking system compliant with NetCash’s NAEDO (Non-Authenticated Early Debit Order) framework to monitor the account for incoming funds within a 2-5 day period as permitted by the client’s bank. No double debits will be attempted on the same day, ensuring adherence to Payments Association of South Africa (PASA) regulations. If sufficient funds are detected, the debit will be processed automatically. Should the debit remain unpaid after this period, we will notify the client via secure channels (email or SMS) to arrange alternative payment methods, such as a manual transfer or rescheduling, while ensuring compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) by processing personal data with explicit consent and safeguarding it under our Privacy Policy.
15.2 Dispute Handling Process: In the event a client disputes a debit order by contacting their bank, Care Credit will promptly investigate the matter upon notification from NetCash or the client, ensuring no double debits are attempted, in line with PASA regulations. We will review the transaction details, including the client’s signed loan agreement and payment authorization, to verify its validity. The client will be contacted securely via email or telephone within 48 hours to discuss the dispute, providing an opportunity to resolve the issue amicably. If the dispute is upheld, we will reverse the debit and arrange an alternative payment plan, ensuring compliance with the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 (NCA) requirements for fair treatment. All personal data will be handled with the client’s consent and protected under our Privacy Policy, adhering to POPIA standards, with a record of the resolution maintained for transparency.
